After spending her initial years as a top account manager in the corporate world, Simone began her career in real estate in 1993 and has received countless awards and recognition in her field since then. Some include the Chairman Award for Excellence and the Top 10% Sales Award from Realty Executives, as well as the Growth Partner Award and Career Launch Award from Keller Williams Realty. In 2002, she became the first African-American female to be awarded a Keller Williams Realty Franchise and grew it to be the fastest growing office in Central NJ for many years.
